We do not use cages and have a purpose built waiting room which is used for one dog at a time only.
We only use products which are suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

Grooms are standard breed clips. Specialist Breed clips can be added as an extra if available.
Price’s are available to view in our booking system when you choose your breed. Price quoted is for a standard clip or de-shed with the required amount of time for your breed, if more work is required due to matting or longer fur due to infrequent grooming an additional charge will be applied. We will do our best to advise of any additional charges at our drop off assessment.

We will pamper and care for your puppy as if they were our own. Introducing your Puppy from a young age will reduce anxiety when full grooms are required.

This package does not include a full clip. This is a gentle introduction to grooming.
Suitable for dogs 6 Months +
This service includes a full, dry clip as close to the skin as necessary. We do this as slowly as possible with plenty of care and affection to make it as painless and calming as possible, We do not bathe the dog after to avoid irritation.
Brushing out matted coats is both painful and distressing. If your dog’s coat is overly matted the safest and kindest way to treat this is to clip it all off and start again. We will clip as close to the skin as needed but will not clip any further than necessary. How close to the skin we need to go will depend on the thickness of the matt. We know there are many reasons why dogs can become matted and we offer no judgement if your dogs needs this treatment, your dog being pain free and happy is our only concern.
Standard 90 minute service, additional time charged at £10 per 15 mins and will be advised at drop off after we have assessed the size of the dog and how much work is needed. A follow up wash and towel dry is included in the price, to be booked between 5-7 days after treatment. Please note, your dogs skin will look red and sore following treatment, this is due to the skin being pulled and twisted whilst they are matted and not due to our treatment, we will be as gentle as possible to reduce pain and distress. Please feel free to bring a soft jumper or coat to wear after to keep them warm and reduce any rubbing.
Available as an add on to a treatment or book as a stand alone treatment.
A completely pain free dental treatment using our ultrasound, professional toothbrush and a specially formulated ultrasonic toothpaste that creates microbubbles we can help to reduce plaque and bad breath.
The brush is held against the teeth/gums rather than brushing action using high frequency sound waves which allow your pet’s teeth to be cleaned gently without the irritation and noise or vibrations.
The ultrasound waves reach deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria and cleans the teeth and gums to prevent the build up of plaque and tartar or if its already built up the brush help to break it back down.
Available to book as a First appointment or maintenance session. Maintenance is recommended 3 times per year.
We can only use this treatment for 30 minutes at one time, after this time it can become uncomfortable or sensitive, if your dog requires more than 30 minutes to complete their treatment you will be advised to return for a maintenance appointment in 4 weeks (charged at maintenance price). We are unable to offer the 2nd treatment earlier than 4 weeks to allow the gums to heal.
Please note: We will assess your dogs teeth at drop off. We can not cure gum disease, plaque requiring a scale & polish by a Vet or work on loose teeth. We work around loose teeth however if Vet attention is required we will advise at drop off.
We offer add on’s to our packages which can be added at the time of booking, some add on’s can be booked as a standalone treatment too
£10 – Nail Trim
£25 – Face, Feet & Hygiene trim, includes nail trim, paw tidy & hygiene trim (bum & bits) & Anal glands if required
£5 – LickiMat Distraction (A lickimat filled with delicious treats then frozen to distract your dog whilst on the grooming table, must be added at the time of booking to allow preparation)
£5 – Tick Removal (up to 5 ticks removed)
£5 – Intense Whitening Treatment & Stain removal, neutralise yellow tones and bring the coat back to white (add on)
£10 – Anal Glands – Please note we do not perform this treatment internally, we only express the glands externally. If we deem that internal treatment is required to empty due to them being impacted, infected or painful we will refer you to a Vet. We are unable to empty glands that are excessively full or infected.

When booking with us you are confirming that are happy with these and any additional charges that may be applied due to anything contained within them. When you drop your pet off we will perform a drop off assessment where we will check for matting or any issues that may incur an additional charge. We will do our best to advise of these before we accept your pet however sometimes issues can only be presented during the treatment.
