We offer a personalised, 1:1 service.  We do not use cages and have a purpose built holding pen with a comfy bed, water and a full height gate to peep through. 
Our pen can hold multiple dogs from the same family.  We do not allow dogs from mixed households into the pen.

We only use the finest quality, handmade, organic products which not only smell delicious they are deep cleansing, softening and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

One groomer gives your dog their full attention throughout the whole groom,  The welfare of your dog is the most important things to us and we we do everything we can to ensure they feel safe and comfortable whilst they are with us.  We always work with our owners to give them the service they want whenever possible.  Your satisfaction is important to us too!

We offer flexible payment options. If you'd prefer to pay for your groom in instalments please book then call us or pop in store to make payment towards your treatment.
The full payment must be cleared prior to collection.
We always take a 25% deposit when booking a Groom and have an online system that you can use to manage your booking.
